It’s time to move to Brooklyn!
So says celebrity hair stylist Tommy Buckett, of Serge Normant at John Frieda salon, whose clients include Elisabeth Moss, Mariska Hargitay, Jennifer Garner, Anna Kendrick and Emma Stone.
Buckett has posted a sales pitch for his stunning Bed Stuy, turn-of-the-century townhouse as a highlight atop his Instagram page.
The 20-foot-wide, three-story home, at 202 Van Buren St., is on the market for $2.2 million.
He bought the brownstone eight years ago from an investor in the midst of a renovation, and he completed the home with his own team.
The house features a living room with the original Victorian mantel, an open chef’s kitchen and a large master suite, painted black, that combined two smaller bedrooms.
Other details include an outdoor dining space, a built-in bar and a home office. Buckett, we hear, is looking for smaller digs in downtown Manhattan.
The townhouse is currently configured as two separate units: an owner’s duplex, with three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms; and a separate renovated garden apartment.
Both have separate outdoor space. There’s also a 1,200-square-foot backyard that comes with its own irrigation and lighting system.
The listing broker is Jeff Nolan of Corcoran.
