Firefighters battle three-alarm blaze on top floor of Manhattan building


More than 100 firefighters were battling a three-alarm blaze on the top-floor of a Manhattan building Tuesday afternoon, officials said.

The fire started in the cockloft of a six-floor building at 393 E. 37th St. in Tudor City just before 3:45 p.m., FDNY officials said.

Officials said 133 first responders were on scene.
