A vigil for DMX was held outside the hospital where the rapper continues to fight for his life — with hundreds of fans and even some nurses holding their arms in his signature “X” sign in solidarity.

The outpouring of support Monday at White Plains Hospital — where the 50-year-old “Party Up” rapper was rushed Friday night after suffering a drug overdose and subsequent heart attack — included his family and members of the “Ruff Ryders” motorcycle crew.

Many in the crowd held up their crossed arms as they prayed for DMX, with one photo showing hospital staffers making the same gesture in the window.

Fans have been rallying outside the hospital all weekend after news spread of DMX’s grave condition.

A family member told TMZ that paramedics tried to resuscitate the rapper — whose real name is Earl Simmons — for 30 minutes, starving his brain of oxygen. He is now in a vegetative state, his manager said Sunday.

The gossip site reported that DMX’s fiancée, Desiree, his ex-wife Tashera Simmons and Yadira Borrego, the mother of some of his children, were among those paying tribute on Monday. His sons Xavier and Exodus were also in the crowd — with his other kids taking turns to visit their dad one by one.

Desiree and DMX’s mother are said to have been with him all weekend.

In 2016, the rapper suffered a near-fatal overdose in the parking lot of a Westchester hotel, where medics gave him Narcan to save his life.
